Software Engineer/Database Metrics Analyst -- I led a team of developers and QA Engineers to design
and develop metrics from transaction databases for both software development and QA management. I helped
produce hundreds of reports from defect tracking and test case management data
using reporting tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, MS Excel and pure SQL. I supported the data generated

Web Designer/Developer -- I was part of a team that created web-based tools using HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, Java, SQL, and Perl to connect to information hosted in Sybase databaes. I collected
requirements, developed prototypes, and wrote modules to display and update the database hosted

several database applications for Government contracts. I became self-taught in the
installation of Novell networks as well as many software applications. I helped support over
450 Mac and PC users in NASA Headquarters, the Department of Transportation, the Department of
Education, and ANSTEC offices. Some of my duties included:
